For your final thesis on your Bachelor or Masters course, you can choose from a range of challenging topics from the fields of mechanical, measurement and electrical engineering. The manager of the relevant specialist department and a personal mentor will support you on technical and practical issues during your time with us. The demanding issues you will be working on come directly from current projects at HEINZMANN. As a result, you will be making a real contribution to the development of new applications and solutions, and your work will benefit from the expert know-how of our employees.

    • Functionality testing of high-pressure pumps including evaluation & optimisation of the control function
      • Technical and constructive  design & testing of check valves for high-pressure pumps
        • Determination of the operational stability of high-pressure pumps by load tests and evaluation of the failure probability
  • Development of an automated test environment for a flow test bench
  • Testing of new concepts for wastegate valves in high temperature applications
  • Development of new sealing concepts for wastegate valves in industrial engines
