HEINZMANN Company Group
HEINZMANN GmbH & Co. KG, based in Schönau i. Schwarzwald, was established in 1897. Originally a well-known specialist in control engineering, the company developed into a system provider for combustion engines. Today, the business is divided into combustion engine & turbines and electric motors divisions - which fully incorporates Perm Motor GmbH, acquired in 2008.
The British subsidiary HEINZMANN UK Ltd. is a specialist in turbine control and installs or retrofits control systems on turbines throughout the world. Development, production, repair and servicing are all carried out on site.
REGULATEURS EUROPA, which has two production and development sites, has been part of the HEINZMANN Group since 2005. While the Netherlands-based Regulateurs Europa B.V. rounds off the range of controllers, British-based Regulateurs Europa Ltd. supplies inspection and monitoring systems.
When it took over DAWSON TECHNOLOGY in 2014, the Group gained a market leader in the field of steam turbine control and power generation, which has since been reincorporated as HEINZMANN Australia Pty Ltd.
The company is represented in the Chinese market by HEINZMANN Power Control (Jiaxing) Co. Ltd. and primarily produces actuator technology.
HEINZMANN acquired a controlling interest in Münster-based CPK Automotive GmbH & Co. KG in 2013. The company’s main line of business is the development and production of exhaust aftertreatment monitoring and control systems.
