PMS Synchronous Motors

PGS Synchronous Generators
Brushless series of generators with patented rotor technology, boasting excellent power density, low weight, high efficiency and an extremely flat design. They are designed for a power range of up to 20 kVA.
CargoPower E-Bike Motor
The HEINZMANN CargoPower RN 111 heavy-duty motor features innovative technology, a robust design and excellent reliability. It has been specially developed for heavy-duty applications. Torque, torque support and the reliable axle loads are specifically designed for uses like these.
DirectPower E-Bike Motor
HEINZMANN PRA 180 bicycle drives from the DirectPower series feature innovative technology and outstanding flexibility. Our drive can be installed in the front or rear wheel thanks to strict compliance with the standard dimensions used in the bicycle industry. Thanks to the independent control integrated into the battery box the gearless bike drives can be used in various systems.
CargoPower System
HEINZMANN has developed a drive system for cargo bikes that leaves nothing to be desired. A powerful motor combined with tried and tested system modules guarantee maximum driving force for all kinds of professional and commercial applications.
CargoTwinPower System
With the CaroTwinPower-System, two complete and identical CargoPower systems work in parallel. One of the controllers takes over the main control, the second works as a subsystem.
Freedrive System
The Free Drive® system is a chainless drive system for bicycle applications. HEINZMANN acts as system integrator of the newly developed Schaeffler pedal generator "Free Drive®" together with the CargoPower motor RN 111 and the matching system components.
