When Every Second Counts: HEINZMANN at INTERSCHUTZ 2026
From 4 to 7 June, commercial apprentice Janina Kaiser visited INTERSCHUTZ in Hanover. Every four years the world's leading trade fair for emergency services, fire protection and civil security brings together people and companies who help protect lives and provide assistance on a daily basis. Janina shares her impressions of the event:
"During the exhibition, I supported the HEINZMANN team at our stand in Hall 27, Stand 66. This gave me the opportunity to observe many interesting conversations with customers and visitors and gain a direct insight into how we present our products and solutions.
At first glance, I might not immediately have associated a trade fair for emergency services and fire protection with HEINZMANN. However, it quickly became clear to me on site just how important our technology is in this sector. For example, HEINZMANN electric motors are used in pumps, fans and hydraulic systems, helping to ensure that fire and rescue vehicles operate reliably when every second counts.
For me, visiting INTERSCHUTZ was a fantastic experience. Alongside the many technical highlights, I was particularly impressed by the amount of preparation, organisation and teamwork required to make a trade fair successful. It was fascinating to see how the marketing and sales teams work together to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, encourage meaningful conversations and present the company professionally. It also gave me valuable insight into the work that takes place behind the scenes of an international trade exhibition."
