The electrial SiNUS iONs find their latest application on a kart track of superlatives on the Norwegian cruise ship ENCORE. For this track, the E-karts used have been specially adapted to the particularly challenging saline environment, which causes metal to rust in a very short time. The entire electronic system is also corrosion-resistant.

The HEINZMANN Solution

Two brushless disc motors of the PMS 100 series - 2 x 2.7 kW (peak 13.4 kW) - together with the matching motor controllers form the ideal solution for the RIMO SINUS. In coordination with our customer the optimal setting for motor, controller and kart was developed to convince with best performance worldwide.

Through a freely programmable controller, the optimum setting for each track can be implemented. In addition, all operating data such as operating time can be read out. The very high efficiency - weatherproof degree of protection IP 65 and maintenance-free drive train round off the complete package.

PANTHER EASY RIDER E-vehicle for outdoor filming

The Easy Rider is the first electrically powered vehicle of its kind for outdoor filming. In its standard version it is a manually operated Rickshaw Dolly. An additionally installed HEINZMANN drive module turns it into a trike-like vehicle powered by a low-noise electric motor. This significantly expands the Easy Rider's range of use, allowing it to be used off paved roads.

With the high-torque and flexible CargoTwinPower System, PANTHER GmbH has found the perfect solution for installing a drive system in its Easy Rider. Jointly, this was optimally adapted to the Easy Rider and its tasks. The two CargoPower motors installed in the front wheel, each with 600 W rated continuous power, accelerate the vehicle effortlessly up to 30 km/h, even with a payload of up to 400 kg. The CargoPower bicycle drive thus also finds its place in the market beyond cargo bikes.
